Admission Information...
All students applying for admission must have the minimum of a high school or equivalency diploma. All students must furnish a transcript of their high school records and college records, where applicable.
Since the course topics are being taught in a relatively concentrated format, the Institute's enrollment will be limited. Admission will be based upon evaluation of academic and work background as well as, a personal interview and writing sample. Prior experience in the legal field, whether as a legal secretary, courthouse work or similar work, will be helpful but is not required. In addition, general life experience and work experience will also be considered.
Placement Assistance...
In an effort to assist the graduates in obtaining employment in the legal assistance field, the Institute offers a job session at which time the students are taught the fundamentals of interviewing for paralegal positions.
In addition, our staff will discuss resume preparation and will provide assistance to students on an individual basis in preparing their resumes. Letters of recommendation where appropriate will also be forthcoming from the school. Students will be given priority with regard to requested interview in accordance with their academic achievements.
The Institute does not guarantee employment. What it offers to its students is an educational opportunity.
